Embrace the warmth of Autumn with these new interior collections
Sharing my favourite finds for the month
How have we just welcomed October?
It feels like just yesterday we were on holiday, enjoying the last of the fabulous September weather (we really did luck out with how good the weather was). Those sunny days were clearly the last signs of summer, as this week, autumn has well and truly arrived.
With plenty of rain (hello, England), a freshness in the morning air and chilly evenings, it’s clear that the new season is upon us. Although I can’t bring myself to turning on the central heating just yet, it’s the perfect time to cosy up our homes.
This months shopping guide highlights the new seasons collection of interiors from some popular UK stores, including the recent M&S x Kelly Hoppen collaboration.
Even though there are a number of Christmas-inspired accessories available for our homes, it’s way too early to be mentioning the “C-word” in October. However, I will plan a Christmas Edition for Novembers shopping guide, if that would be of interest?
Without further ado, please peruse at your leisure some of the beautiful products I’ve selected for you this month, as we launch into the new season.
M&S x Kelly Hoppen
I’ve selected my favourite pieces from the recent M&S x Kelly Hoppen collaboration.
As a lover of clean lines and a neutral colour palette, it was a challenge to select just a few pieces from this collection.
1: Half Moon Vase
An elegant shape in clear glass, this vase combines a rounded base with a cylindrical neck, creating an abstract-inspired piece that feels both modern and timeless.
2: Border Throw
Bring a statement feel to your sofa or bedroom with this throw, featuring a signature monochrome design for a bold panelled look.
Priced at just £35, you need to be quick to snap up this beautiful piece.
3: Cut Square Cushion
A geometric patterned cushion with an appliqué panel in monochrome tones for a modern feel.
4: Sateen Panel Bedding Set
A simple design using a neutral colour palette, this bedding set will complement any modern bedroom.
Made with a 500 thread count, this luxurious bedding set will ensure the ultimate good night’s sleep.
Prices range from £99-£119.
5: Curved Pillar Candle Holder
Add an artistic touch to your home.
This ceramic candle holder is designed with a round dipped base for an eye-catching look, available in neutral tones: Taupe and Black.
6: Baretta Stitch Towel
I’ve just actually purchased these towels for our new bathroom.
With a higher GSM (grams per square metre) and made using Turkish cotton, these towels have a luxurious hand-feel, the type you’d expect to find in a luxury hotel.
I’ll be interested to see if the quality lives up to the review when they arrive (I’ll keep you posted).
Prices range from £9.50-£25.
In addition to the new Kelly Hoppen collection, M&S have some lovely new products they’ve just launched for Autumn; my particular favourites are:
7: Textured Small Bolster Cushion
The striped design features bold blocks of colour woven into the fabric, creating a modern rustic feel.
8: TruGlow® Distressed Copper LED Candles
A distressed copper look adds an elegant feel to this set of three Lights4fun TruGlow® candles. They're crafted from wax for an authentic appearance, and each features an LED light which offers a realistic, flame-like flicker.
9: Bo Wine Glass
I love these autumnal-inspired wine glasses from Anthropologie.
Hand painted, these wine glasses are perfect for entertaining as we embrace the darker, cooler evenings.
Anthropologie have a beautiful selection of glasses; please do take a look at more of their collection here.
10: Glass Bud Vase
Continuing with the autumnal rustic colour palette is this recycled glass bud vase from Graham and Green.
Featuring a textured, bubbled surface, it’s perfect for displaying a few stems or elegant dried flowers.
As an added bonus, by signing up to the Graham and Greene newsletter. you can receive 10% off your first order.
11: Bubble Tealight Holders
How fabulous are these?
With a bubbled texture and autumn-inspired coloured glass, you will be able to create a warm glow whilst adding a splash of colour to your home.
12: Marble Worktop Board
Perfect for chopping or prepping, this large, weighty board, hand-crafted in India from high-quality marble, is a strong, durable option. Ideal for dinner party preparations.
This post is not affiliated with any brand; it’s just about sharing the love. If you can benefit from one of the promo codes I’ve found, that’s an added bonus.
Share your appreciation for as little as £3.50 a month or subscribe to an annual membership for just £35 for the year.
13: Pimlico Red Wine Glasses
Continuing with the theme of entertaining, I’ve selected these gorgeous red wine glasses from The White Company.
Each glass has a full, round bowl designed to enhance the flavours of your favourite red wine.
14: Pimlico Champagne Flutes
Also available on the Pimlico collection are these champagne flutes.
Ideal for celebrations, each glass has a tall, slim shape with a narrow opening, designed to keep the bubbles bubbly for longer!
15: Spiral Decanter
Impress your guests by presenting your wine in this delicate decanter, perfect for dinner parties.
This beautiful silhouette with swirl detailing adds texture and interest to the decanter.

16: Rattan Log Basket
As we start to consider lighting the fire (or you may have already given in to the recent chilly evenings), this Rattan Log Basket provides a charming way to store wood by your fire.
Alternatively, you may prefer a log and kindling trolley (also available from Cox & Cox).
17: Rattan Log & Kindling Trolley
At the higher price of £295, this may not be within everyones budget (so the previous Rattan Log Basket at £75 may be a more affordable option).
This is certainly a stately way to store and move logs. The high back and sides allow you to stack a good supply of firewood, preventing any logs from being dislodged when moving, and the additional low shelf provides a separate compartment for kindling.
18: Oversized Sheepskin Beanbag
How ridiculously cosy is this for curling up in front of an open fire on chilly, autumnal evenings?
Made from a luxuriously soft natural sheepskin, this beanbag is the epitome of comfort.
Now, its not cheap at a staggering £1,395! However, if you are seriously considering investing in this piece for your home, don’t forget by signing up to the Cox & Cox newsletter you can take 20% off the price (or use code INTROSEPA for 20% off all priced items (valid at time of publishing).
19: Habitat x Morris & Co. Fragrance Gift Set
The Habitat x Morris & Co. collaboration is a celebration of British design heritage with a fresh take on the iconic prints of William Morris.
This fragrance is designed to perfume your room with a warm, woody blend including bergamot, forest pine, cedar, sandalwood, and patchouli; perfect for the autumn season.
20: Villeroy & BochIconic La Petite Boule Stacking Porcelain Aperitif Set
This stacking set is super cool!
Consisting of a serving plate, two small bowls and two medium bowls they all stack together to form a globe, which looks really stylish as a decorative piece for your home.
21: Battersea Pendant Light
New for this season from John Lewis, the Battersea Pendant mixes cool Scandi styling with a timeless industrial look.
22: Ilaria 3 Pendant Light
Aqua blues are certainly a key colour this new season (at least at John Lewis).
Ilaria's soft pastel shades add style to your home. Made from mouth-blown glass shades with an optical finish, it creates a gentle refraction, giving the room a diffused glow.
23: Bandara Stripe Cushion
What a stunning colour palette. I love how all these colours work so well together, with the additional pop of aqua blue.
Available from John Lewis.
24: Bubble Lacquer Tray
Scallops (or now referenced as Bubbles) are still a very popular interior trend throughout autumn.
We’ve all seen the many designs of scallop-edged cushions over recent months. Vases and tealight holders were also certainly visible while I was arranging this months shopping guide.
I had to include this fun tray from John Lewis, and again the use of aqua blue!
So that’s a wrap for this months shopping guide.
